Change Management
The Change Management / Training Business Leadership Council will review decisions, issues and system modifications that arise from the implementation of INFORMS, Miami-Dade County’s enterprise resources planning (ERP) project. The Change Management / Training Business Leadership Council will provide input into the design, build and deployment of change management and training.
The INFORMS Department Change Network will provide support and advocate for their department throughout the implementation of the new system. Rely information from their department to the INFORMS Project Team regarding progress, challenges and expectations.
