Rollout 1 - April 2021

Our first rollout will be the Finance and Supply Chain business areas. We start here to make sure that we have all the financial business and supply chain management processes in place. For example, there will be one (1) source system for Finance and Supply Chain Management replacing IWA, FAMIS and ADPICS. The following are some additional key changes.

Finance

• All County invoices will be received centrally to initiate the Accounts Payable Process
• Routing purchase orders and requisitions for approvals will take place through an automated process

Supply Chain Management

• There will now be one system of record for requisitions
• Routing purchase orders and requisitions for approvals through an automated process
• New process for contract management will be simplified by using Microsoft Word
• You will be able to create and manage requisitions in one system workflow
