Rollout 2 – December 2021

Rollout 2 will be Human Capital Management (HCM) & Payroll. We will now be integrated with Finance and Supply Chain, and will be able to provide cost accounting for our customers and will be unifying our legacy HCM databases into INFORMS. For example, there will be one unified source system for employee information replacing Time and Leave (Payroll Mainframe), legacy PeopleSoft, and COGNOS.

Human Capital Management (HCM) & Payroll

• Human Capital Management (HCM) & Payroll will offer self-service, which will allow employees to manage changes to their own data (benefits, address changes, etc.)
• HCM will manage employee time administration, absence management and accruals and facilitate administration of our polices
• HCM will also accommodate employee payroll related data and reporting
