Rollouts 4 & 5 will be Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (OBIA). Rollouts 4 & 5 will bring real-time dashboards, reporting and analytics data from Finance, Procurement and HCM in INFORMS.

- OBIA will be responsible for creating report content and layouts
- OBIA will provide immediate access to reports and a menu of available reports
