Currently serving as an Accountant 2, Tangulia plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. From expense tracking and account reconciliation to procurement processes and payment agreement management, her work is defined by precision and reliability. "She approaches each task with a sharp eye for detail and a determination to maintain systems that are both organized and compliant qualities that make her an invaluable asset to our team at the Marshall L. Davis, Sr. African Heritage Cultural Arts Center," said Marshall L. Davis, Sr., Center Managing Director.

About Us
The People and Internal Operations Department ensures efficient County operations and fosters a thriving workforce by integrating internal services and human resources management. The department provides facility, construction, fleet, and risk management, along with ADA compliance, real estate, security, and parking services.
It supports workforce development through performance management, employee training, diversity programs, and collective bargaining, while addressing workplace policies, payroll, and workforce metrics. Additionally, the department resolves discrimination cases through investigation and mediation. Serving County departments, employees, and the community, it is committed to operational excellence and an equitable workplace.
