Conveniently make your payments online. The following is the schedule for early payment discounts on your property tax bill:

The last day to pay your property tax bill without penalties is Sunday, March 31.

Pay your tax bill online via eCheck, credit card or debit card. eCheck payments are not accepted for delinquent or prior year taxes.

If paying current year real estate taxes by mail, acceptable forms of payment are personal check, cashier's check, certified funds or money order. No cash accepted. Make your payment payable to Miami-Dade Tax Collector. Include your property's folio number on the cashier's check, certified funds or money order. Postmarks accepted.

On April 1, taxes become delinquent and acceptable forms of payment are cashier's check, certified funds or money order. No postmarks accepted.

Property owners who receive their tax bill electronically will also continue to receive their mailed annual tax bill on or before Nov. 1.
