The Cool Summer Self Care Series returns June 19, July 17 and Aug. 7, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the lobby of the Stephen P. Clark Center. You'll get to:

  • Experience Yoga with three different types to work the body, stretch muscles and center your mind
  • Sample healthy snacks and juices, and learn about food choices that help you feel satisfied
  • Have some fun and bring your team to engage in wellness-focused challenges
  • Learn something new about yourself and wellness by taking part in a new version of Wellness Bingo
  • Reduce your stress, mindfulness and learn how you can alleviate burn out
  • Demonstrations and activities include chair massages, discussion groups
  • Opportunities to earn Wellness Points
