Miami-Dade Alerts

Emergency Alerts
Sign up for free emergency alerts and we'll notify you about weather emergencies such as tornado, tropical storm or hurricane warnings issued by the National Weather Service or any other emergency that may require public protective actions. In the event of an emergency, you'll get a message or email with details.

Marina Alerts
Sign up for free marina alerts and we'll notify you about boat ramp closures and re-openings and when hazardous weather is approaching so that you will have time to secure your vessel.

Transit Rider Alerts
Sign up for free transit rider alerts and we will notify you about disruptions to our transit system. In the event of a disruption, you will receive a message with details on the device of your choice. Just tell us how you would like to receive these messages.

Water and Sewer Online Account

The Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department has features to help manage your account, such as viewing water-use history, getting details about water and wastewater use, or enrolling multiple accounts.

To access these features, you must first enroll your current water and sewer account. To register, all you need to provide is your name, address, a phone number, an email address that will serve as your log-in username, and a password.

By registering and enrolling, you no longer need to have your account number handy each time you access your account. Read frequently asked questions to learn more.
