Stress is your internal alert that attention is needed in certain areas of your life. Whether it's work, school or personal life, it's important to check in on your emotional health.

Join the Mind and Mood: Practice Stress Management Wellbeing Challenge in the month of September for daily check ins. Although life has its ups and downs, stay in tune with your mind and mood. Complete one of the three stress management activities and log them for at least 20 days to earn 100 points to complete the challenge. The challenge runs from Sept. 9 to Oct. 5.

Each activity earns you five points with a max of 140 points daily.

Goal: 100 points

Maximum possible points: 420

Upon completion of the challenge, you will receive 25 WellnessWorks Incentive Points toward your 75-point goal for the quarter. For each quarter in which you earn 75 points you will be entered to win one of the $250 wellness rewards (subject to payroll taxes).
