The Biggest Winner Challenge 2026

WellnessWorks challenges you to focus on improving your health and fitness in 12 weeks by joining the Biggest Winner Challenge 2026. Choose your challenge: muscle gain or fat loss, and join your department team.

• Registration: March 30 to April 24
• Challenge dates: April 27 through July 31
• To enroll: Email your name, employee ID and department to your DPR or Wellness Liaison.

Put the focus back on you with the Biggest Winner Challenge. All participants will receive an initial assessment to establish a baseline. Full‑day visits will be scheduled at site locations from April 27 to May 1.

Assessment Requirements

• Mandatory final‑week assessment: July 27 to July 31
• Body composition measured using the Bodimetrix Ultrasound system
• Noninvasive, 5-10 minute process
• Privacy ensured through biometric screening procedures

Measurement Options

• Three‑ to four‑site test (requires athletic attire: T‑shirt and shorts)
• One‑site bicep test (default if proper attire is not worn)

Measurement Sites

• Men: chest, abdomen, thighs
• Women: triceps, hip, abdomen, thighs

Proper attire is required for multi‑site testing. Without it, only the one‑site bicep measurement will be performed to avoid delays.

Challenge Structure

• Individual and team competitions
• Individual winners recognized by location and Countywide
• Team winners recognized Countywide only

Incentives

• $300 for individual location winners (fat loss and muscle gain categories)
• $600 for Countywide winners ($300 location + $300 grand prize)
• Winning team receives a trophy and WellnessWorks mega swag bag
• All teams assigned a Wellness Coach for support and programming
• Challenge completion counts toward quarterly raffle requirements
• Winners receive one year of health coaching and body composition testing
• Participants who maintain or improve next year earn a mystery prize
