To obtain a Blue Belt, employees must be:
Green Belt-certified
Attend all 5 Blue Belt courses
Take 5 of the 9 Orange Belt courses (one must be Introduction to Lean Analysis and Building a Culture of Continuous Improvement)
Complete all class assignments
Green Belts not interested in pursuing a higher belt level are welcome to enroll on a per-class basis. Prerequisites may apply. See class descriptions below for additional details.
Prerequisites: Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification
Purpose: To showcase tools that help prepare projects for success.
Objectives:
Identify the best management process to address a work concern
Understand the differences among Lean Six Sigma approaches
Determine the correct problem-solving track for a selected problem
Identify the most important problem using a problem-selection process
Prepare a project charter for success

Purpose: To learn how to develop a decision analysis framework, identify potential alternatives and make the best balanced selection.
Objectives:
