Open Enrollment runs from Oct. 20 to Nov. 3, and we're thrilled to announce a series of live, in-person benefit fairs and virtual information sessions. Take advantage of these great events, where you can connect directly with the benefit providers to get personalized information on our new 2026 plan enhancements, featuring Aetna as our new medical carrier. Don't miss this opportunity to make informed decisions about your benefits for the upcoming year.

In-Person Benefits Fairs

These in-person regional meetings are pop-up benefits fairs to provide you with direct access to our benefits providers, such as Aetna, Delta Dental, Nationwide, Humana and more. Each vendor will have a dedicated table equipped with guides, reading materials, giveaways and branded swag for you to take home.

Virtual Benefits Information Sessions

Virtual benefits information sessions are offered across various platforms, including Teams and Zoom. They will feature a full panel of benefits providers offering plan overviews for Open Enrollment 2026, where attendees can engage and ask questions directly. With plenty of time slots available, you can find a session that’s convenient for you.
