Open Enrollment 2024 in-person and virtual events

Open Enrollment runs from Oct. 23 to Nov. 6, and we're thrilled to announce a series of live, in-person regional meetings and virtual information sessions. Following the success of last year's events, we're bringing you more opportunities to connect directly with benefits providers to receive information. Don't miss this opportunity to make informed decisions about your benefits for the upcoming year.

In-Person Benefits Fairs

These in-person regional meetings are pop-up benefits fairs to provide you with direct access to our benefits providers, such as AvMed, Delta Dental, Nationwide, Humana and more. Each vendor will have a dedicated table equipped with guides, reading materials, giveaways and branded swag for you to take home.

  • Location: Lobby
  • Parking is free and available at the complex

• Monday, Oct. 23, 2023 at Stephen P. Clark Government Center
  • Address: 111 NW 1st Street, Miami, Florida 33128
  • Time: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Location: 18th Floor (18-2)
  • Parking is available at the Cultural Center Garage

• Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023 at the Martin Luther King Jr. (MLK) Building
  • Address: 2525 NW 62nd Street, 2nd floor, Miami, FL 33147
  • Time: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Location: Conference Rooms 1-4 (Second floor)
  • Parking is available at the Joseph Caleb Center at 5400 NW 22nd Avenue. Shuttle transportation is provided from the Joseph Caleb Center to the MLK Building every 20 minutes starting on the hour

  • Parking is free and available at the complex

*Coinciding with the 7th Annual 5K Family Fun Day and Picnic event, participate in a unique experience at Zoo Miami for the Benefits Fair. Registration is not required for the Benefits Fair, but it is required to participate in the 5K Family Fun Day and Picnic. Register for the 5K Family Fun Day and Picnic by Oct. 30.

Virtual Benefits Information Sessions

Virtual benefits information sessions are offered across various platforms, including Teams and Zoom. They will feature a full panel of benefits providers offering plan overviews for Open Enrollment 2024 where attendees can engage and ask questions directly. With plenty of time slots available, you can find a session that’s convenient for you.
